Added instructions to report and block a subject and updated the Subject Management guide.

  • Changed "Submit" button to "Search" button in the whole guide
  • Corrected typo in "Clear unnecessary recruitment data"
  • Updated the subject-tabs picture with a recent one, showing the 'report' button.
