hide pseudonyms by default
The idea here is that pseudonyms are hidden by default and only become visible on focus (e.g. on click). This also means that only one pseudonym is visible at a time.
This is mostly to signal users to be careful with pseudonyms. It is not effective as a security measure by itself because it can easily be circumvented (e.g. by printing the page or by selecting the text).
I am not sure whether this is really a good idea or if we should try the honest way of explaining users why they need to be careful with pseudonyms.
