1855 pluggable exporters

Bengfort requested to merge 1855-pluggable-exporters into main

This adds a plug-in system for attribute exporters. The main reason for this is that we want to conform to the BIDS specification at MPIB without compromising flexibility for other organizations.

I will adapt !1617 (closed) to use this system.
