I excluded the following

-   settings
-   tests
-   migrations (autogenerated anyway)
-   development environment (tox.ini, setup.py, …)
-   empty files (__init__.py)
-   code that has been genareated by `django-admin startproject` (manage.py, wsgi.py, …)

also warns on inactivity
