list UI: turn title into link where appropriate
This does not change anything about styling, it just allows to click on the list item title in some places.
I am not sure about this.

- I hope that this makes it clearer that these links are really links and that you can e.g. open them in a new tab. The inspiration here is google search.
- cons
- adds more complexity to already complicated templates
- It is not always clear which titles can be clicked and which cannot
