ignoring appointments of not-participating subjects is confusing
Our current strategy of dealing with appointments of subjects who are not participating in a study is to ignore them.
This is a good idea when a subject planned to participate in a study, made appointments, and then dropped out.
However, it is not a good idea when users forget to set the participation status.
